As a modern, design led company you will find that our furniture making combines timeless style with classic details, and traditional skills with state of the art technology to produce quality, comfortable and affordable upholstery.
Our Design & Development department has evolved to become the forefront of our business,
constantly working to customer briefs and requirements to create new concepts and
shapes. Led by Mark Smith since 1999, the Design & Development team is now 10 strong.
We work closely with all of our suppliers to ensure we are up to the minute with
the latest selection of fabrics, materials and components.
When we are designing a
new collection we constantly bear in mind that sofas and chairs are not just functional
objects for seating. The suite you choose will almost certainly be your centre piece
and the inspiration for the design of the rest of your living room, therefore the
blend of design and ergonomics cannot be ignored. When browsing our collections,
you will notice that we cater for all tastes -
We offer a huge range of fabrics across all of our styles, which we go to great lengths to source from the best mills across Europe. All of our show wood components are sourced and manufactured from our supplier in the East Midlands, an area synonymous with traditional furniture making. All of the materials and components we work with are subjected to rigorous testing, to ensure they remain at their best for many years.
Our handwriting is visible and distinct as everything we design is done in house. We feel it is of huge importance that we back up our furniture with consistent branding and marketing that compliments what we do best; we even developed this web site ourselves.
